We operate our website and related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services provide high-quality dairy equipment and spares for personal and business use in the dairy industry.

Disputes will be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court (European Arbitration Chamber, Brussels) under its rules, with three arbitrators, in Madhya Pradesh, India, in English, governed by Indian law.

Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to individual disputes, not class actions.

Exceptions
Disputes involving intellectual property, theft, privacy, or injunctive relief are exempt and will be resolved in Indian courts.
